During my childhood in Taiwan...my grandma never had to worry about chemicals in soaps harming my fragile, sensitive skin. She relied on nature - all we used was the Soapberry. She would trek deep into the forest, harvest the berries, and bathe me in its rich, nourishing lather. Little did I know that I would eventually immigrate to America, where I saw many others suffer from harsh, toxic chemicals.
